Ningaloo Coral Bay - Bayview, Coral Bay

My stay at the park was quite relaxing and enjoyable, with clean, modern accommodations and a lovely atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, but there were a few issues with the chalet-style rooms that detracted from the experience. The service was attentive when needed, but some amenities could use improvement for better value.

My stay was a mixed bag. While the location of the hotel is quite convenient, with a fantastic beach view and proximity to local amenities, the overall service left much to be desired. The accommodation had some positives, including being spacious, but the noise level and lack of adequate supplies for three people were concerning. Given the price we paid, I expected better attention to detail and customer service.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The facilities were dirty and overcrowded, and the amenities were in desperate need of upkeep. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, which made it worse. I wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made.
